James Engels

James resides in Northern Colorado with his wife and numerous pets. He is the father of 2 daughters and 1 son. His son is a Marine having graduated MCRD San Diego in April 2023. James teaches middle school math and science at a local charter school. As a Colorado native, James enjoys exploring all that the Colorado Rocky Mountains have to offer. James also enjoys tinkering with old cars, motorcycles, and anything with a gasoline engine.
James is grateful for the information and support he found through the volunteers at Marine Parents while his son was in boot camp. James wants to help future Marine families successfully navigate the experiences they will face as their Marine serves our Nation.
