National Volunteer Appreciation Week April 16-22 2023
Our Volunteers are the heartbeat of the organization!
Every year MarineParents.com spends a week in April recognizing and sharing our appreciation of our volunteers with the organization's members and readers. This year, our gratitude to volunteers will reach over 160,000 households. Over 80 volunteers dedicated 35,396 volunteer hours to the organization's mission in 2022. That's the equivalent of around 17 full-time staff. We could only fulfill our mission with the volunteers; they are the heartbeat of the organization!
During volunteer appreciation week, we'll highlight volunteers and our volunteer teams. We hope you'll spend a few minutes on our Facebook pages and groups to acknowledge their service to the organization and our Marine and recruit family members!
