Kathryn Goodwin

Kathryn lives in North Texas with her family and furbabies. She has three adult children. Her youngest, Laramie, graduated from MCRD San Diego in December 2023. Her daughter and oldest, Cheyenne, is a recruit with the USAF. Kathryn has a lot of military family members across the branches. When not working, she loves crafting, sewing, reading, and spending time with her family and four dogs.

Kathryn decided to step up to the call to volunteer to pay it forward, from those who supported her during her son's recruit training to new members to this exciting and sometimes confusing journey. The information, support, and guidance she had from other volunteers during her son's recruit training was crucial in successfully navigating the process from Mom to MoM. She hopes to be able to provide that level of support to future family members of Marines.
