Patricia lives in upstate New York with her husband, Jimmy. She has three sons. She has been a military mom since 2012. Two of her sons joined the Army and are now veterans. Her youngest son decided he wanted to join the Marine Corps. In his senior year of high school, he came home one day with a recruiter so she could sign for him because he was only 17. After graduation, he left for boot camp and graduated Parris Island in 2018, and he is still serving. Patricia runs a small farm in the Catskills Mountains in New York. She raises dairy goats, sheep, and cows. Patricia also has horses and a llama to guard them all. Patricia makes cheese, soap, and other products from the milk she gets from the animals. She has four grandchildren that she loves to spend time with and teach them how to care for all the animals.
Patricia decided to volunteer for Marine Parents when her nephew joined the Marines and was reminded of all the help she had gotten from Marine Parents all these years. She wants to give help to others in return.
